I have worked out there before but, prefer another. That one is old and not as well equipped. It was a Gold's Gym years ago.
 
The 24hr fitness in lewisville, TX. is not bad, I haven't been there in a while though.
 
24 hour in plano... Naval base?... i just joined the coast guard... i leave july 31 and i was told i can work out there with my dep id is it nice?

...The 24 hour at Jones Rd. and 1960(Northwest Houston)....Good gym in my opinion....The music could be a little louder, but that can usually be remedied at certain times of the day....Fumunda
 
Most L.E. could really give less than a shit about A.S. they look more for x and ghb right now. But it is wise not to discuss such things in public
 
Either UT or World Gym here. I hate World Gym, but it's a lot closer and easier than driving down to school and trying to park.

Blair you should check out the Gold's in Bryan, I don't know about the one in CS cause I never went there, but the one in bryan had alot of serious lifters when I was there last year
 
I was a personal trainer last year for Gold's, so I've worked and trained at both of them...The only thing about the one is Bryan is that it is newer, therefore cleaner, therefore it doesn't seem as "hardcore." They both have the same basic setup, though...

I train @ the Bedford 24 occasionally.....mostly @ The Ranch in Valley Ranch.....are you a trainer also? I used to train at the NRH location..but it has the aforementioned problems...crappy old equip....The Ranch is better than I thought.......Hey texas juice....I'm ex military.....how is the base gymn.....Pm me....I might need to train out there for a change of pace. workout....I am tired of working out around D-Cowboy cheerleaders.....(and if you believe that....try this bayou-swamp water for quenching your thirst) :p Hey

Damn.... That's early:( I usually go about 5am on the weekdays... on weekends... I try to go in around noon (When there's lots of eye-candy there:D )

there's a bally's in sugar land (where i'll actually be) - but i'll be working in houston, so i don't mind driving if that one isn't that great.
 
Moved about 3 yrs ago. I have a lot of friends there. I used to date a guy who's roomate is a personal trainer and trains his clients out of there. (I assume he still is). Short, very big blonde guy. Looks about mid thirties......Shit just spaced on his name...lol. But his dog is name latissimus.

Yes they do. They also carry over to what they call "sister" gyms. Gyms that will let you use your bally's membership to work out at their gym. Check with Bally's for a list.
