when im off, i feel so small( kinda like a wimp so to speak) we all have to have money to be have the max potential we like.
post cycle, what are you doing?? ordering more steroids, why? because we have to have them to be invloved in powerlifting, bodybiulding and for the girls.... some people here have great natural genetics, for example my best friend! this bastard never lifted weights, lived off fast food over the summer, all the sudden; he gains nearly 25lbs of Lean Body Mass(according to my pinch scale), he looked as if he was juicing for years.. i just dont know why i cant have these genetics! lol, sorry am going through a depressed stage.
my question is, do ANY of you have this thought in your head.... dont you wish you can stay the same off cycle, i am VERY curious if i am alone

same here..after 5 years of lifting weights, 2 years hardcore, finally realized that 95% everyone that is big and ripped use Steroids. 20 inch arms at 6% bodyfat isn't natural..sorry buddy. Yea it bother me, its a stressful thing. just to know that you can kill yourself in the gym, but never make the "significant" gains you need to look the way you want. THe ordering... when the gear is going to get here..am i doing to much?...can't drink on AS..fucking mission but nothing in life comes easy.

I am going through the same thing bro. Post cycle depression is a bitch and it is worse for me cause I have HUGE girl probs to boot so life ain't to good for ol MUSTANG right now. I had to quit my job so I have to save everything to start my next cycle :( We should all start a support group LOL

I agree. Hardcore bodybuilders are perfectionists. They want to be perfect, and strive to achieve it. This includes the use of steroids to get closer to perfection. No one will ever be perfect, so no one will stop trying. Thus, no one will stop using steroids. Its a vicious cycle, but hey, at least youre huge!

Think about it this way...

If there were no AS, then: 1) There wouldn't be as many others with great bodies to compete with, and 2) We would all find the next best thing, science would make something to help us grow.

So don't take it so hard. This is the real world. AS is here. Let's be happy we have it. :)

thats what i am saying.. i see lincoln here typing a big NOPE

Actually I pretty much look how I want to look, I have very low bodyfat and am in tremendous shape endurance wise, I weigh 185lbs. I have never used steroids or even think about it. Reasons being 1. Im going to be a cop 2. some of my friends have used, and sure they get really big while on them, but they lose most if it afterwards, so why bother shelling out the cash and risking your health for temporary gains? Don't get me wrong, I would love to put on another 10-15 lbs of muscle, but i'll find natural ways to do it. Also I have nothing against people who do use, and if they were legal I would probably take them, but due to illegality I won't.

Thank You Bill Phillips.

GOD BLESS YOU!

You don't HAVE to have 20-inch arms! Who says you do? Your body will be what it wants to be...all you must do is PUSH it until it conforms to your vision! And if it won't, push it as far as it will go without risking your health or life.

Here's a story: When the Soviets took over East Germany (where I was born), they implemented a high-speed, long-hour work day for some industries. People worked hard, long, and fast. To speed the lines at the ThĂĽringen Iron Works, they started giving people METH. Production was through the roof! They were spilling out so much tonnage that Americans thought the Russians and Germans were LYING about how much they were making. A lot of people died working there. There were so many accidents that nobody kept track. Eventually, the drugs and work were causing so many problems that they had to cut back to a 10-hour day at a slower speed to save lives and health.

The point: just because you CAN do something to be "bigger" or "better" doesn't mean you SHOULD. This is my last post for the day.

Damn, guys! I'm pretty big already through five years of natural lifting but am thinking of doing a cycle or two to really freaksize myself (right now I'm 6'2.5", 270 but hitting 300 would be pretty neat). Is it that fucking bad? Do you lose that much if you do it right? Or is it just knowing you could be that much better with another cycle? I plan on training for life, but I'm not looking to begin a cycle of ups and downs that will continue indefinitely.

some people will have those problems, you may not.. put it this way,
people who get huge, and i mean waaay bigger than originally, they WILL lose alot of gains no matter what, only because thats the size the body was made to be.
this is why they say do not get involved with steroids unless you are going to use it for your career(lifetime wise)
some people dont have the power to keep lifting and eating 100% unless you have something to have you motivated like steroids... i told myself i would do ONE cycle and one only, i am going on my 5th now! just the way it is

excellent post! I agree with you 100% Im sending Karma your way. I used to be 220lbs and couldn't even walk up a flight of stairs without being out of breath. Im 180 now and in 10 times better shape. Those were the days I thought being bigger would be better, wrong! I need to be in excellent condition, one day I want to be in the Emergency Response Unit. Why is everyone so obsessed with being a useless overmuscular 250 pounder that can't even move, w/o getting tired. I can see if you need to put the weight on for football, rugby, boxing or other sport. But for cosmetic purposes, why bother? I go to the track and see this huge 260 or 270 pound monster walking the track and just laugh, i run 3 to 5 miles daily, this guy probably can't even run 50m. Sorry if i've offended anyone, I just don't get it. Chicks definitely don't like freaky sized guys, atleast not the ones i've dated or talked to about bodybuilding, they think it's gross.

cman, I agree with you to an extent. However you can be both big and have endurance if you train properly. I'm 250 and can run 3 miles no problem but that's because I do run. Too many guys sacrifice flexibilty, speed and cardiovascular endurance for the sake of saving themselves for the weights, they're the stereotypical "musclebound" bodybuilder. On the other hand many people cross train and have plenty of size and strength as well as athleticism. It all depends on your goals and priorities.

It's funny that you guys say all this, I mean sometimes we don't really know how lucky we are. Look at Afghanistan where civilians are starving and barely have anything to eat and here we are ramming juice in our ass worrying about how big we are. Some people worry if they're going to have enought to eat the next day. Sometimes we take life for granted.

wassup Almighty, well im into my second week of anavar, and about to throw in some winstrol hopefully by the end of the weekend. Bro things look good, i have a boost in the gym (nothing incredibly powerful) but good enough, and i don't know if its the drug or my mind but my bench went up 15 lbs in two weeks. i know that my mind and the fact that im eating better contributed to it. This summer i was just trying to get big, not too powerful, but now i don't give a fuck if i get a litte fat, just want to eat and get bigger/stronger. But damn, after this weekend i got to get my act together...hmm...20 beers...sweet, sweet beer

Hardasrock, and your point would be?...

There's kids starving in other parts of the world so it's immoral to bulk up.

A cutting cycle is a slap in the face to Cambodian refugees?

I understand that we may seem to obsess about food and gear however that's the purpose of this site. I donate money to charity and I am grateful for where I live however I'm not ashamed to train , eat and live well.

Take care.

Thanks for the answer man, I appreciate your honesty. I've always heard the same thing from a lot of my gym buddies- nobody does just one cycle. Oh well, I doubt that is going to dissuade me. Hope you get to feeling better about things.
