Have an interview tomorrow for a sales job with an energy consulting company. Any EF'ers ever worked in this and can give me some good talk tracks? They do procurement, auditing, cost management etc. Right now I'm selling office equipment so it's a different sector and I'm doing my research.

Gotta love the internet though - just from linkedin and google I found out a crapload of stuff about the guy interviewing me, including that we went to the same college and worked at the same company several years ago. Awesome.

No, but good luck. Seems like a good field to be in these days with many governments working towards all types of alt.energy

good luck

Unless you put the wrong link up by accident that looks like a link to an online supplement company. You going to do sales for them?

I don't know what this has to do with energy ie oil, natural gas, uranium, wind, solar...

Gotcha chief.... so it is understandable as to why I was confused.

So you will be doing sales? The *rules* of the sale are ALL THE SAME, very little variation. Once you learn how to effectively employ these principles you should be able to sell a plunger to a man with an outhouse.
