Anyone hear about Larry Allen's Max?

I dont know if anyone else heard about this but Larry Allen, left guard, for the Dallas Cowboys maxed out at 700 pounds on bench! Is it true that its 70lbs away from the world record, thats what they said on the Ticket. Even if its not thats one hell of a bench. He also did it w/ out one of those vests or whatever that help lock your arms or whatever they do. But yeah just thought Id post it b/c I thought it was pretty sweet. Check ya later

Yeah, i dont know his exact max but it was above 600 last i heard (this was a few years ago). The guy is THE best lineman in the league. Hes a fucking powerhouse.

eh if you ever seen the size of this monster you wouldn't question his ability either, heh... yeah the world record is 780, I think held by anthony clark.... Larry Allen is probably the best guard, hell he ran in front of emmit all these years... talk about running behind a brick wall... Even I could probably have a handful of 100 yard games running behind this beast.

Take into consideration this (if it is valid)is a GYM lift and wasnt with a pause and to the the criteria of an "official lift"/
Still good though even if its 600lbs

yes he did do 700 raw. with th eright powerlifting program and a tight shirt he could 800. that's if his lift was legit
