anyone have experience withT3 liquid?

I ordered a bottle from ag-guys. I am currently running clen for 3 weeks, then was going to run t3 for three weeks. What are some suggestions on dosage and are these measurements accurate?

1 Bottle = 30 mL
1 mL = 200 mcg
1 pump = 20 mcg
10 pumps = 1 mL
6000 mcg = 1 Bottle
300 pumps = 1 Bottle

would 20 on a insulin syringe equal 20mcg? do you just squirt this on your tongue or do you put it in juice?

ive only used tabs. In my opinion much easier to use accurate dosage.

tyvm bro. it still doesnt say if we just drop it under our tongue or do we mix with juice though
