i gotta do some research to see if the process is any different for inside/outside though. i haven't moved yet, so i'm guessing i should do this befoer all my furniture is in lol

Here is the rear patio of my house a couple years ago. 1st coat of stain...
lol where the hell is the grass? Did you have that stamped and stained before you laid sod..when you built the house?
This is pre-grass. I had all the hard scape shit done first.
yeah, I did it myself. It's easy. It took maybe 30 min. to stain all that. Pry took longer to mask off the house than it did to stain.
After you apply the stain it will look kinda chalky, but once you squirt it down with water is what it will look like when you seal it.
Some people say you need to wash/brush it down with baking soda and water when you're done to neutralize it, I did it both ways and didn't notice a difference.

nice kitchen, pretty sleek, only thing missing is an island, but you can always install one i guess if you want.

yea, I like it too. nice, simple and polished. gonna have to do something about them lights though, a bit too harsh i think or stock up on some nice scented candles...otherwise you wont be able to take your aromatherapy baths!
And congrats on the place, how many rooms?
