I'm starting this forum becuase i need alittle help..
right now im 5'11 185 lbs and have about 15% body fat.
im looking for a diet that could help me lose 2-3 pounds a week that doesnt require pills. I'm a wrestler so it's important for me to make weight, and the closest weight I can weigh in at is 171 lbs. There's about 2 months before the season starts. I'm just wondering if anyone has any suggestions or routines that could help me out, thanks in advance.
 
Simple version:

Cals = 12*Bodyweight
Keep all carbs in the morning from good sources (oatmeal, wheat bread, rice)
Protein at 1g/lb bodyweight

Or check out Mr. Xs TKD at the top of the page, I think for a wrestler it is much more feasible.
