anyone gotten health problems after a cycle

I'm no cycle expert, but generally you can (or women) can expect irregular or interrupted menstrual cycles (ammenorhea) and also elevated bp and affected cholesterol levels.

The last two you can expect I think just as you would from any AS but can be managed w/ garlic, niacin, etc. The menstrual cycles can be affected by any major change in the body - even things as simple as stress (unrelated to AS), and as you would expect, hormonal changes and also lowered bodyfat levels.

Sometimes the presence of AS in the body can create flu-like symptoms (e.g. "sus flu") while the body tries to deal w/ the foreign "stuff" in there. Thyroid? Haven't heard of blatant thyroid problems post cycle -- abuse of T3? I personally think the thyroid can be affected by overuse of ECA but I dont' have medical proof. I also think that extended use of a restricted (as in non-varied) BB diet can bog down your metabolism because the body relies on the enzymes, etc in fruits and other things that are usually not included in the ol' "chicken/steak/fish/yams/brown rice/oatmeal/broccoli/spinach/egg whites/protein mix" diet. I plan to pursue a short "cleansing diet" period after my next competition to clean out some of that stuff.

I guess based on the general nature of a BB diet, the stress of training and the introduction of AS, clen, t3, etc. there are all sorts of opportunity for the body to get "sick". So its worth it to pack in the vitamins & do a "cleansing" every now & then :)

Did you have specific ailments in mind?
