anyone got a electric ab machine?

my mom bought one the other day and i figured hell its here and i dont have to pay for it so ill give it a try,and it feels pretty good on the bodybuilding setting on the abs,but i mainly use the relaxing massage setting on high for sore muscle,it feels cool and you flex uncontrobably

anyone actually spent the money on these things? and do they do anything?

there good one, that are for pro uses or medical use but you cant buy them.
You can have them by importing them outside the US/Canada.

I have one, pretty fun but I hate using it because it takes me 15min to get wired

I once read that these things are not good for building muscle, but can support regeneration.
Personally i have no expierence with those.

I used it after workout or on non workout day, to stay pumped.

be careful with that, I blew off a calf last year!!!!!!!!!

Wifee left one on the toilet seat one night and I sat on it in the dark. Emptied my balls in 45 seconds. Had to stay on clomid for 6 month to bring those raisins back up to speed. Whew, that was a wicked 45 seconds though.
