Im about 1 week into a m1t cycle (20mg) and ive gone from a dry weight of 187, to 193, and my diet is kind of lacking, but there is no streanth gains to speak of, im looking larger, but every lift is pretty much the same...
Your weight increase is more than likely water. Try to stack the m1t with 4ad as you might be experiencing some lethargy. You should see some strength increases soon.
Im taking a cranberry sup to stop water retention, no there is no lethargy to speak of... im thinking of bumping it up to 25mg for the next week. But you think I should start to see some strength increases soon?
More is not always better (I assume you mean 25mg every day, right?). Since it is a methyl you want to be careful that you don't fry your liver. Give it some time. Most hormones take a while to build up in your system.
