Who would admit to being from Minnesota? It's an abnormally thin labia better than New Jersey.

Minneapolis/St. Paul is a nice area.

yea im rite in the city it aint bad at all unles u go on broadway in north mpls it gets pretty grimey down there

I went there a few times to work a Vikings game - my impressions:

- COLD
- FUCKING COLD
- Not much going on
- that stadium is the definition of PIECE OF SHIT

didn't get a chance to see much tho. went to that huge ass mall tho.

Metrodome won't be there too much longer, should get a new stadium approval next year. Twins have a new one being built.. this state is really nice for people who like outdoors shit, esp during summer wiht all the lakes and what not... winter sucks

Yeah, that's what the ladies who worked the suites were telling me. It's a real old stadium too I think

only20 years, just built in a terrible spot, and shitty as hell.. No one here likes it, new stadium design is awesome though, put it in the burbs too so can go back to tailgating and all that jazz

I was in Minneapolis around June, 1990, around the same time that a Russian leader was visiting -- Gorbachev or Yeltsin, I don't remember -- and it was cold as fuck. In June.

St. Paul has nice architecture.

Hardly. The twin cities alone are more appealing than anything in NJ imo. Then you have all the naturalistic stuff if you're the outdoor type. Best of both worlds. Plus MN has a lot of essential natural resources, iron ore being a major one.

Toronto is actually a cool city, for Canada anyway. ;)
It's very clean from what I remember.

I love Lake Superior in the winter.

Beach by my house back home-

I've run to the farthest point in the distance, and then some (in the summer, of course).

I can't believe they are finally building a new stadium. They have been talking about that since we first moved there in '94. I miss it there tho. it's real nice, down to earth kind of place. I would with out a doubt live either south of the cities again or east. I could buy me some land out in Fairbault or something and build me a big ol' house.
