i'm assuming you're poking fun at the asswipes who do them slowly and unexplosively on "shoulder day" with 10s on each side imagining they are being innovative by including "oly lifts".BodyByFinaplix said:That is the name. LoL
Anywho I've never bothered to learn the name of these as they have always seemed like an unecissary movement for my goals and I've never seen anyone over 150 lbs do these in any gym, thus I've always been under the impression that they are not a very good mass builder.
BTW does anyone ever do these with more than a 25 on each side of the bar?
