Anyone ever had ART on their lower back?

Seeing a level 3 ART doc for my lower back (EXTREME TIGHTNESS)... just wanted to hear some experiences, I know some bros on here have had it for other bodyparts. Zyg!

Can't give you any experiences with the back but I have two bros that went for their shoulder and they say it's the best thing they've ever done. They're thrilled. Keep me updated on how it works on the back as I'm thinking of doing this for my wife.

my best friend/broly/partner in higher acts of stupidity is working on a medium sized celtic piece b/t my shoulder blades and below my neck.

b/t the shoulder blades hurt more than ANY of my other tattoos, below the neck wasn't bad.

i am told that the lower back is not that bad of a place to get inked.

LOL. Classic! He's just trying to be helpful. :)

Anyway, I've had work done on my low back. It was very beneficial. If your problem is simply low back tightness, most of the work won't even be done on your back! If its a good ART doc (I have the best!) who knows his biomechanics, then most of the focus will be on the glutes, hamstrings, and hip flexors. Level three means he has an expertise in a certain area. Which area?

I too had work done on my lower back...healed me right up. I hurt it doing heavy deadlifts. I had to go to the emergency room I was in so much pain and they told me I had torn the ligaments in my lower back. When I went to see my ART therapist he did some work on my hip flexor and I was back in the gym in a week....no tears. Definitely check it out!

Yeah my guy said it's prolly the hip flexor (or partially hip flexor, partially lower back), but so far we only talked via email.

Either way thx for the feedback, I'm seriously looking forward to it! Sucks to have a long commute to work and have your back killing by the time you get to the gym... ruins my workouts.

Is yours Mike Leahy then?
