seasoning salt, olive oil, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, overtop of veggies, mini potatos, and chicken. bake in a tin foil packet... YUM!!

Thanks to Project and his Garlic Salt idea, and my injection of peppers and onions, polarpixie's chicken breast lunch today tasted soooooooo good!!! MMMMmmmmmMMMMmmmmm Good!!!!

I made some chicken and brown rice! No peppers and onions, but it was still really good!

There is this cajun rub you can get that tastes awesome on grilled chicken. I have to find out what they put in it, it's not too hot, just spicy enough to taste.
