I do too. We also have raised ducks, fish etc in my neighborhood to have a local population. We have a Lowes near by that we can Loot.

Fuel will be the big factor in a good way of life. I have seriously looked into a solar system for my house. The one thing that stops me is I can't justify the cost because my power company won't buy back power. If they did I would have a solar array going right now. Storeage is to much money but I would enough power durning the day to do whatever. Cool everything recharge batteries etc. I also have an irragtion well with potable water. Solar would run that.

Power is what you want. Guns you would have to have to keep someone from taking your shit.
