I leave mine in way longer than I should before changing them out and sleep in them all the time. Well today I am in glasses because I must have waited too long this time and gave myself an eye infection. Crap! Usually my contacts bug me a lot sooner so I switch them out. I had no isses so didn't change them until my eye burned this morning. Yes I need help before I go blind. :worried:

I leave mine in all the time, while I sleep, and don't change them for a long, long, time, so bad for the eyes... bad habit... I'm gonna start wearing specs in december, and looking forward to that, getting them from optical shop of aspen... very pricey so I have to save up.

How long do you go between changing? I think I had mine in 2 months this time. :worried:

I don't wear any (glasses only as needed for reading), but am thinking of getting LASIK, any thoughts?

I want to do it, but my only concern is they will just go bad again since I am on a computer all the time. I guess if it will at least last a few years it will still be money well spent.

no. . .but i've fallen asleep with my reading glasses on a few times and woke up wondering wtf i couldn't see anything on the other side of the room. . .

You should do it, I would but can't afford it, right now, but I also like wearing glasses so I can look smart... don't have to be smart to look it, which I dig.

The computer did it for me too, my eyes were pretty good till I started reading EF (coincidence, I think not).

Ariel, you dont' have to look smart to be smart - you are smart already.
