Anyone else hungover today?

For the first time in a long time I was actually able to sleep late after a night of drinking. I usually wake up at 8am and can't fall back to sleep, making my day a fucking nightmare. slept til 12:30 today, went to the gym, sat in the sun and I actually feel decent.
 
i wish i could say the same.

hit up manhattan last night. didnt get home till like....i dont know but it was fuggin late. around 8ish.

if u looked up useless in the dictionary...you would normally find needtogetas's name but today i take the honors.
 
Got in a major blowout with my soon to be ex last night and went out for margaritas, but fortunately no hangovers.

Never really been prone to them though. Even when I was partying my hardest, I could probably count on one hand how many times i was hung over.

I remember the first one I had though. LOL!! My dad knew I was smashed 'cause he stopped me at the door when I came home 3 hours late. Next morning I drug my sorry butt into the kitchen for some aspirin and he came up behind me and in his deepest, most obnoxious voice he could muster up, he yells, "GOOD MORNING!!! HOW WAS YOUR NIGHT??"

My dad never fucked with me when I was drunk or hungover. I came in one night when I was 18 so fucking smashed I could barely walk. I expected him to be in bed, even though it was about midnight on a friday night. Not only was he awake, he was sitting at the kitchen table with one of my sisters playing cards. I made it through the kitchen while saying hi then was headed straight to my room. He said hi, then tried to strike up a conversation with me. I was already in the next room where it was dark, so I kinda propped myself up on a bookshelf, talked for a minute, and said, "I gotta go to bed, I gotta be at work at 9am."

There was no way he didn't know. People were telling me at work the next day I smelled like a wino. I tried to avoid my dad when I was drunk.


I shook off last night's hangover pretty quick. Over 1/2 a 5th of Absolut followed by 2 or more beers. I konw it was at least 2, but the last 1/2 hour of my night is fuzzy.

I drink at least 2 quarts of water before any alcohol, unless I'm just having 1 or 2. I start this maybe 3 hours before I start drinking. Once I piss clear twice, I'm good to drink ;) This has cut down on the severity of hangovers greatly. As soon as I wake up, it's a tall glass of OJ, a cup of coffee, and 4 ibuprofin, followed by food as soon as I can. I'm shaking off hangovers a lot faster anymore and not feeling like crap as much the next day.

you city slickers fucking interest me...a night on manhattan is sooo different from my nights out. gimme some more details on how one stays out untill 8 in the morning...fucking bars close up at 2am here

that's good and bad, bars being open that late...i'd hate to see myself after boozing for that long...i'd probably wake up face down in a gutter

ill let you know as soon as i can remember. lol

because theres a gazillion bars/lounges on every block.

plus when you know the bartenders a 40 spot goes along way.

a shot of quervo with every drink catches up to you. then when he hands you a kettle one and club, watches you take a swig then continues to top it off with more kettle one the night gets really fun.

then you bail out of that spot and go to the next spot. the city never stops bro. and then when its 4 oclock and u had enough of the bars you hit up some after hours clubs. ton of clubs you can go to to listen to some house music. youll find all the coked up bitches at these places. the type in in killa and perks coketatars. those go till noon sometimes. but nights out are endless. then you can go to the after after hours party but we wont get into that.

that is how i got home at 8. and i havent taken a thermorexin in 2 weeks. the one i took this morning is fuckin me up right now. bleh.

those nights are the best until they become the worst
 
Myself and a buddy were meeting a friend from FLA at a strip club at 5:30 for some drinks Friday. His plane didn't get in until 9 or so. We left the place at 1am. I then proceeded to drink at my house until 3am. I know it was 3am because thats when I stopped calling every girl I know in my cell phone.. sweet.
Golf Saturday. I drank about 14 beers on the course.
Went to a cook out after. Captain and cokes...
Mohegan Sun Casino after that. We had a few strippers there for a bachelor party. I proceeded to drink $200 in booze out of the honor bar.
Its now Monday and I hate myself. I rarely drink anymore so this was a full fledged bender.
Oh yeah. My buddy that is engaged called me today and told me I called him at 3am Sunday morning and accused him of having a staged marriage. Told him that we all knew he was gay and he should just come clean!! LOL
