75% of the channels come up with "this channel should be available shortly."

Yes! They so SUCK!!! We don't even order movies from home anymore because every single time we purchase one the damn movie locks up and we have to reboot the box. Customer Service people suck ass too.

Internet= same

TV= meh same

phone=meh same

comcast customer service up here in the northeast was always top notch, Verizon you CANNOT even talk to anybody, you wait on hold for hours

I was soooooo happy when I moved to a township that had RCN. I don't know how it works in other states, but in PA Comcast virtually had a monopoly for ages. In fact they fought like a bastard when other cable providers tried to move in and there are townships where Comcast is the only game in town still. Fuckers literally raised my cable bill g'damned every year and I only had basic fucking cable!!!

I've had RCN for over three years and have only had one very small rate increase related to HBO only.

FUCK COMCAST!

I call customer service tonight, she said it is probably just a "virus" and reset my connection.

Now it is worse. lmao. (lmao= trying not to break things) So now the channels all say to be announced and the picture and sound come and go and are pixelated, choppy.

They will be here Saturday in a four-hour window. Think I will get any discount for their shit messing up?

I am the squeakiest wheel they have ever had.

Time-Warner. Had a bunch of problems with internet and cable. Took them three seperate trips and even sent someone out to "fix the line" on the street. Finally got it fixed, and I was loving the shit for like 3 weeks...then they "upgraded their software system, to provide better service to their customers"...and it's been absolute shit ever since (on the cable TV part anyway - thank god the internets is OK, otherwise I'd be done with them).

They all suck.
