anyone else hate left glute injections?

i did my first one today....tried to stretch first to get around to aspirate...then i darted in....fuck it was a bitch to aspirate without moving it around to much...i'll probably be feeling this for a couple of days...im still a newbie to the game but damn this particular shot. next up are delts...

i used to do glute injections. i prefer quad shots now though as my standard place to shoot up

I did my first left side glute shot last sunday,it was a bitch probably because I am right handed.The worst thing about it was when I was all twisted around waching the syringe as I aspirated I started cramping up real bad,thats what I call a real uncomfortable situation.

And I thought I was the only one with that problem! lol. The left side sucks! I dont even bother anymore. I go from thigh to thigh and right cheek.

They are a bitch to hit steady, thats for sure..I have a hard time hitting my right but the left is almost impossable without moveing around and twisting my body in ways that just can't be good LOL

yes, glute shots are a pain in the ass. (haha)

i usually use quads or bis, SO much easier to hit.

espeacially when you are going 2 or 3cc's using a 23 and start to cramp up. aaaagggghhhhh! lol! the worst
