I noticed that with my super high frequency of squating (I squat at least 3x per week heavy) and my like of quad injections over glute injections, I pretty regularly put 2 cc's of test into my quads which can be problematic together.
I've long been a fan of extreme stretching, mobility work and active recovery and have gotten into the foam rolling craze... I find it works wonders if I foam roll right after an injection in keep the muscle from getting sore and working the oil in better.
Anyone else do this?
