Dunno what it is, but I feel VERY nausious working out in the AM on an empty stomach - did it once w/o food but with an ECAY and wanted to vomit almost the rest of the day. Will try it w/o ECA, but I don't think that's the prob.
I have a hard time lifting too, but I can usually get 2 exercises (@ 3 seats), roughly, done till I start feeling it...
Anyone else have that prob? What do y'all do about it?
