Anyone else ever reached this point?

Im at a point now where I have not gained a single pound in months, it seems like whatever i take or eat my weight wont move.

Is there anyone on planet earth who can eat KFC daily and not put on a single pound, how about steaks and chicken breasts a few times a day and nothing!

Curious if anyone else had a stage like this?

I was at one point eating 1,000g's of carbs a day with probably 300 grams of protein and atleast 200g's of fat a day. I got stuck at 253 and never got past it. If I missed a meal I would be down a few pounds the next day. It was very frustrating!

Thats what make most people quit training, and make me bored of all the hard work i am doing by feeding and preparing food for my body to grow!!

If your still training hard then yes u could be stuck. Take time off (a week or two) and while this time off up the carbs/fat cals=(the good ones) keep protein exactly the same. Then go back to training hard. see what happens.. Good Luck

What are your stats? If you are not on any gear, might this be your genetic limit? Thats just a guess considering I don't have your stats.

man...i hear ya! I have been as heavy as 212 (5'5") with gear and competing at 176. But lately I have been clean (over a year) and Iam stuck at 198...if I miss a meal or even lay off a few days from training I drop weight like crazy and start feeling like iam getting fat just typing this. anyways...i know what you mean.

Sounds like you could be overtraining or your body is just used to whatever routine you have been doing. Everyone gets sticking points. It usually takes a good change in your lifting routine and sometime diet also.

I bet if you took off a week or so and started an HST program, you would start to see gains again.

that's what makes people think the answer is more, or more exotic, drugs.

If you hit your setpoint, and you're not eating 2-3lbs of meat then shakes on top of that then chances are you'll be stuck :( I'm killing myself right now trying to get to 260 and the scale just isnt moving even at 5k cals a day

I have no fuckin idea how those 500lb women you see on tv managed to get so big.

Lately I don't lose or gain weight. I fluctuate about 5 lbs regardless of if I skip a meal here or there or miss a few workouts. Holding around 250. I am on HRT also which definately helps. Never got above 263 either. Next time :)

welcome to my life bro, if i don't put down 4500 clean or 5000 total i lose weight, i mean 3lbs in two days down the tube. whenever i go out of town and stay with people i have to bring protein bars cause no one wants to eat as much as me. i don't grow without gear at this point anymore

well at least you guys worked up to that point.. i was practicaly born at that point! ive always consumed between 3-5k cal a day, and have struggled to gain my whole life. working out got me up to my mid 120's, on my first cycle of 30mg ed winstrol if finaly gained faster and weighed in last week at 139 but last night only 136.. probly just took a big shit that was stuck in me or somthin, as my weights always going up and down daily like that
before eating healthy this last year, i never was able to get fat or muscle from eating fast food like 5 times a day (big greasy hamburgers)
i feel sorry for the 500lb people who are genetically doomed to it, but not sorry for the ones who have caused that problem themself
