I'd just finished squats at my house, and went to get my curl bar from another room. I didn't have any shoes on and I'd forgot to put the collars on the curl bar last time I used it, so the weights were not locked on. I picked it up and moved a few feet then had to turn sideways to get around something, and the weights started coming off.
I dodged all but one, which hit my left big toe right on the joint. There goes my workout. Hurt like a bitch so I ran lukewarm water over it, then iced it and took Advil. Today, my toe has gone from black to purple, but at least I won't lose the nail. Anyone else have injuries they'd like to share? Especially ones out of stupidity like mine.
