Anyone else do HIIT sprint training for cardio?

I am a big advocate of HIIT training and plus plugging away for an hour on the treadmill seems like a waste of time to me. Anyone else getting good results from HIIT? I do it 4-5 times a week. 12-15 minutes. Makes you sweat like a mutha!!
 
I do long cardio and HIT cardio and moderate cardio, I do it all.
This is what my cardio will look like starting tomorrow.


Monday/Wednesday/Friday
4 mile run@slow pace

Tuesday/Thursday
1mile jog@moderate pace then 1mile Fartlek style(Just like HIT)
 
2x a week HIT boxing for 20 minutes
2x a week HIT sprinting

Great result on speed and strength, without the sacrifice of hard gained muscle;)
 
Might be sufficient but for now I am sticking to 5 times a week until I see some serious results. I just do 12-15 minutes of sprints. Kills me every time. Not so much on the elliptical machine but on the sprint runner it does.
 
for 12-15 minutes of sprints, you're talking 1-2 minutes at a time with short rest in between, no?
