Anyone else do cardio every day?

I do light/moderate cardio every day (1 hour 4.0mph at incline). Never missed a day in the past few months. Anyone else do this? When I started I had alot of problem with joint and calf pains but after a while they resided.
 
Definition of light cardio: Pointless boring, non effective exercise best reserved for old ladies.

If you want to walk, walk. Just don't call it exercise. If you want to jog, jog to the bus stop. If you want ride a bike, get on a bike and go somewhere. If you want to elevate your heart rate, bang your girlfriend. If you want to build muscle and burn fat, lift weights.

Every day, sometimes twice. I started doing it "just to see", and now that I'm seeing amazing results I'll keep doing it. I know, catabolic this and that, but my abs are finally showing and I know what I have to do.

Agreed on the light cardio - my favorite is girls who go for 45-minute walks around the track. Uhm, yeah...

I think I like this rational... Even tho I hate cardio...

I guess using this definition I do cardio every day. With my wife...

get some cialis and do windsprints for 2 minutes on, 2 minutes off for an hour. that would be cardio then.

so you wouldnt consider speed walking/steady jog at 4.0 uphill effective? I agree that a girl walking around the track and calling it cardio is stupid since they dont even break out in a sweat (unless it's 100 degrees), but if it elevates your heart rate then it's cardio nontheless and it is doing something.
