Anyone else busted in Mexico?

Good evening,


There was a post this evening about a young man busted at the boarder in Tijuana. I wrote to him and he responded.

I believe this was an isolated incident and that he was narced out.

When he arrived at the boarder he was asked for his license,
immediately referred to the boarder patrol, fined and released.

This being a very serious issue for a lot of us,that purchase our gear in Mexico I would like to know if anyone else has had a similar mishap.

Additionally it was posted that because of “political” changes and/or elections “things are tight” and Mexico should currently be avoided.


Does anyone not think this was an isolated situation, or am I simply unaware of current events?

Fox is supposedly working with Bush to TIGHTEN the amounts of drugs in Mexico that can be sold to Americans, and also to prevenet Americans from importing drugs into the US... I still say we have a couple more years before it is impossible to get stuff across the border without having to hide the shit in our bodies... LOL

Ital-thanks, I agree, just use common sense and be very aware that narking out Americans is good money in Mexico.
