For the past few months I've been very sluggish. The last 3-4 weeks have been pure crap as I've worked out a total of maybe 3-4 times in that period. I've also let my diet go down the tube completely and have lost a ton of weight. I haven't been eating every 3 hours and probably get in 3 unbalanced meals a day. Lots of personal shit going on that's why.
Anyone else going through something like this where you just let yourself slip? Knock some sense into me bros!
