Yesterday on break at school, I go to cafe to get a banana and I see these jolly pirate doughnuts usually I just walk past them, but yesterday I got 2 so im thinking ok make up for it at the gym. Then after dinner my girlfriend brings home these mini suger cookies and I eat like 12 of them. Then to top it off I get up about 4am this morning to drink my protein shake and these more doughnuts so I eat 1. I was doing so good eating clean for awhile. Anyone else go thought this.
