Anyone done a cycle with just Sust 250 and deca

you can get good gains on just sus bro

what are your stats? you asking us to build a cycle for you?
 
i've gained 15 pounds in like a month and a hlaf off of sust and deca.... i've been training for like 5 years. I have alot of energy and im never ever sore. My bench has shot up 35 pounds, my diet has always been clean if i ate more im sure i would see better results.

this is my first cycle i take 500 mgs of sust a week monday and thursday and 250 mgs of deca i take that on thurs.

be careful i pulled a trap muscle because you can keep going and never fatigue, u get the superman syndrome.
 
I am doing that right now sus should be shot EOD not 2x a week you can get away with mon wed fri i am doing mon wed fri 250 mg sus 100mg test prop and deca 300 mg 1x a week i am thinking of adding winny at the end but not sure yet winny is rough on the hairline.
 
Dude, That cycle is a "bread and butter", meaning, Very basic and it's used a lot. I run it every winter to bulk up. Sust or Test Cyp/Enth. Doesn't matter. add 40mg of Dbol and eat a grocery store evryday, and you will get huge.

Great cycle!!! 500 test, 400 deca, 50dbol, is my favorite for straight up mass
 
I'm using just sust 250 right now. 1 time a week for nine weeks. Dosages up to 500 mg's. I just started my fifth week last night. Using 250 for the next four weeks. Will have a good bit left over. I was thinking of doing more but this amount is crazy enough for me. People it work and my friends are all noticing and amazed hnow jacked I am. They all ask me what I have been doing and I can tell their hinting about the gear. I just tell them I'm working out 6 days a week and taking lots of protien and creatine along with eating like a clydesdale. You should get super jacked of the cycle your doing. :theshadow
