anyone do Tequilla poppers?

Ya know like Tequilla poppers. Half tequilla and hald carbonated pop in a shot glass. Slam it on the counter and let it fizz then shoot it. Friends told me about it after thier first trip to Acapulco in like 97. Haven't done one in a while, but one may be in order. The fizz takes away the aftertaste.

Anyone remember these or do them?

Just the thought of how you probably felt the next morning made me nauseous... to me tequila has the worst morning after effect. The rank taste of death in my mouth and breath, always.
