anyone do plyos?

I've been adding in plo pushups and medicine ball throws to add explosive power on my push workout and jump squats and medicine ball slams to my pull/leg workout. So far I feel like it is doing a lot for me. Anyone else do plyos?
 
I dont fight but go train with a bunch of guys who do and it seem to be helping with with training. Its boosting my lifts too. I just throw it in after my lifts. I just do 3 x 10 so its not overkill. I feel more trashed after my workouts but I feel like it does something to take away the soreness I get the next day.
 
Good ideas Shark. Too many will overdo it. Just a few sets here and there will help while keeping you from CNS overload.

yeah thanks. I've actually found that to be true on all exersizes... A little does a lot and a lot of reps leaves me really depleated. Especially high reps!
