down 13 lb's and 2% BF. Veins are coming out but it will take awhile to get the 6 pack as I have been working my way down from 25% BF from 3 years ago. Currently around 14%
yeah i am was going to the gym around 3 times a week for about 3 months there.. now im back upto 5 times a week. cutting out most of the crap in my diet, and alot of my booze too.
I start in 3 weeks ... i'm 246 today and the guy who's going to run my cut program ( former canadian pro ) thinks it's possible to hit 195 lbs !!!
Shit !! I'm not looking forward to leaning out that much but he feels i'd be ripped to fuck at 5' 10" and that weight .
I'm more afraid of losing mass then anything .. shit it's been 20 years since i've seen 195lbs . He feels i can come back up to 205 or so after i bottom out but with my bone structure and height this is what we're shooting for ...
