I'm good...except I hate T-Bone and Chesty Chicken, but I love toga!!

The website is not really coming along...I'm still waiting for a book I ordered, and haven't found time to really fool around with it on my own.

Wodin...I was actually going to drop you a line to see how you were doing. I've got alot of things going on right now and not enough time and I don't know how to prioritize them. Still training, but I just feel unmotivated when I get there....not sure what it is...I feel I need a break, but I usually feel worse when I take time off, so I'm somewhat stuck.
 
Change your workout up. Do plyometrics for a few weeks, do cardio a lot more. Just do something to change it up.

Oh damn, how I know about this situation..
I have been forced into prioritizing Mr. Mom type stuff due to Mrs Y being Ill
over the last few weeks. Looks like this effort will be increasing, and of course my time at the Gym is one of the first things to go..

I am going to try a 2 hour mid day Y break from work, and see how that goes this week.
