Anyone been caught by customs???

Hey whats up... I just want to know if anyone has been caught by customs when trying to recieve a package of the "goods"??... What happens and please let me know what could happen....Thanks for reading and even BIGGER THANKS FOR REPLIEING!!!

Assuming that it isn't a big enough amount for them to want to come get you they will just send you a letter saying they have your pack and if you want it you need to claim it,you do not want to do that. Either throw the note out and clean up your house just incase or if your source has a reship policy fax a copy to him then throw it out. Just remember you know nothing and you never ordered anything and don't sign for any pack's either unless your source told you to.

once you receive this letter is your name and addy book marked in the customs system?

Most would say yes. However i have talked to people that have had seizures and still continue to receive pack's from overses. If you do get one i would recommend going domestic for quite some time to be safe. Or you can use someone else's name and addy if you know someone that will let you do that. the area of the world that the pack's are coming from also play's a huge roll in whether they get looked at or not.

In my opinion and no offense to all the bros who posted above, the replies are not 100% accurate. What could happen? According to the law, customs should file a coomplaint and pass on a report to a law enforcement agency for further investigations regarding the "goods". Again, according to the law this is a serious offense and if there is enough evidence regarding someone's guilt and charges are filed, then it's worth jail time or at least some sort of probation/parole time. This is what it should be or supposed to be, but certainly is the less likely scenario. Now, the more likely scenario and what usually happens, is that customs do not persue the matter and they send you a warning letter regarding the goods, giving you the chance to claim your "goods" prior payment of some outrageous fines. Even if you do, that doesn't override the fact that after you claim your goods, now you are in posession of illegal drugs and therefore susceptible of all kinds of criminal charges/prosecution. Most people whose goods have been intercepted ignore the warning and take such action as a "loss". For safety, people in this situation clean their houses, and they use a different mailing address for the next shippment.

Check out my "charged with simple poss. What to expect in court??" thread!!! that may offer a little insight into what "could" happen. Make sure to keep a clean house because god forbid they show up at your door, you need to make sure they will not find anything if they have a search warrent (which they probably will or they wouldn't be showing up)!!! take it from someone who found out the hard way!!!!
