I've tried it, gained about an inch on my BIs, the inch was gone after 3months. Wasted my money....

It's not a bad product, it's just not going to give you the results you think it will.

They can claim anything they want, it doesn't mean it's true.

Stick to diet + clen + T3 , it will not fail.

concur i used syntherol gained 1/2 inch over my good arm, i actually believed the gear helped as they are now evenly matched.
I'm a happy camper....
