Anybody Use Hot-Rox?

I'm just finishing a round of ECA, and looking around for the next big thing. Of course this is being hyped on T-Mag (admittedly owned by Biotest) real hard. Has anybody tried it, or is Biotest the MuscleTech of the 21st Century (overpriced, over hyped crap  )

Never tried it. The last time I was in Nutrition Depot I overheard 2 salesmen talking sh*t about it. IMO, try something else.

i was to ask the same question

I would imagine that Hot-Rox works most effectively due to its cost. At $70 a bottle, you will no longer be able to afford to eat.

Actually I would be interested to hear some responses. Wouldn't we all like the claims to be true? But like all supps - worthless until proven otherwise. IF this is just another scam, these fuckers should go to jail.

there's no such thing as the next big thing my brotha. you're the kind of person the supp. co's make millions off of.

No, I document every aspect of diet and training closely and will try something for a month to see any changes. If you are saying ECA stacks don't work, you are living in a cave somewhere. If you are saying Creatine doesn't work, you are paying too much attention to your Egyptian friends. If you are saying pro-hormones don't work.........well you get the picture.

Bro man:

I have used PHs, they definitely work

Creatine DOES do something to your muscles but the effect is pretty small. Not worth it IMO

ECA DEFINITELY works.

Why on Eath would you infer what you did from my statement?

Because your statement plainly says that there won't be another effective supplement ever invented, and that everything I buy is a rip-off. And if you would have said that 10 years ago, you would have missed out on several things that DO work.

I know there are ripoff products out there, so I take a lot of time getting opinions before I try something, hence the question about Hot-Rox.

And where are you buying Creatine where you think it is too expensive for the benefit? I buy ProLab creatine for $8 for a months supply.........I wish I could get other things for that kind of money.

Last I rememeber I was getting it for $5 per kilo or half kilo, I forget which. Even that was too much.

I guess it's also the part about drinking this gritty shit, plus you have to be "on" to have the effects. At least with Phs and/or fat burners you can still enjoy the effects after you have stopped taking the shit.

I guess I should've said not worth the trouble.

hot //check out the hot-rox challenge on t-mag.com....some ppl had great results ( including me) and some didnt...but everyone who really tried to lose weight and get cut up did so.....plus we all put journals up to say how we did it...most seem honest

But can you TRUST anything said on a Biotest run website? They sound just like the scammers at Muscletech. Now in your case, what did you lose over what period of time?

The only way to truly find out if something works is to try it yourself. You can ask 500 different people and you'll get 500 different answers. You can't "trust" anything any website or advertiser says dude. They all claim they have the next best thing on the market. The only way to know is to sample it yourself.

That's why we HAVE this board, to discuss what works and what doesn't WITHOUT wasting money foolishly. For example, I imagine if you asked people if Creatine worked, 80% would reply in the positive.........that would be good enough for me to try. Another example is 1-AD. When I joined this board, I was convinced that all pro-hormones were crap because Andro turned out to be useless. Now I have a completely different feeling about this particular product.

Now doesn't your response sound a little ignorant?

thats exactly what supp companies want yuo to do, try it out for a month and look for something new to spend yuor money on. I buy cheapo gnc brand creatine and protein. I use xenadrine efx and now glucorell-r because they work consistantly. I dont try something new every month.

Let me guess -- they recommend taking in less calories while using it.
