I have used it a few times , and it is good. It does not seem to work as fast as the old ANA tabs for me...It takes a few hours before I really seem to feel its effects...

Same here have used both the cilas and cilas and viagra combo..just be careful though as you can get an over dose as I did the first time I used it.

Shake very well, heat a bit, and add a surfactant to it.

I did none of the above and took 2 cc's and boom...steel for days... not pleasant. I noticed chunks in the dropper and bottle(which can cause uneven dosing) so the next time I shook the bottle very well, added 5 capsules of Lecithin-a surfactant-shook, heated it, shook and it was a very very fine suspension and stayed that way.

No, that is a standard dosage (actually 30 mg. works better for me), and you yes drink it. Though there is now a 50 mg. tab available (don't ask...unless I know you REALLY well...)
