can anybody help me or give me a link to a good place where i can read up on muscle fibers, i want to learn about the different types and what rep ranges work which ones, and info such as that if anyone can help me.
also i got a question, is it possible to like thicken your muscle fibers by like doing a powerlifting routine for like 6 months or so, and also what would the thickening do, present a more thick look?
