Anybody from Canada ever order from Proteinfactory.com?

I'm wanting to order protein from proteinfactory.com cuz the prices look great. However, last time I ordered any suppliments from the U.S. it was a Gong Show. It took 6 months to get my stuff... How pissed off would you be? Not to mention all the hidden fees they like to throw in there because I'm Canadian. Any feedback would be much appreciated

BTW the site I ordered from in the U.S. was bodybuilding.com. After not recieving my product for 2 months (but had already paid for it) I contacted them VIA e-mail and they didn't respond. I had to phone them up just for them to tell me they were no longer carrying the product I wanted. Then the next thing I ordered went onto back order, then got held up at customs.
