Anybody ever lose loads of weight due to illness etc??

i lost alot of weight due to a stomach virus / cold that lasted a month! i think it was about 10-15 lbs but most of it was water and fat, every one kept asking me of i was cutting and i was happy but pissed at the same time.

my first cycle i got food poisoning at week 8. it sucked bigtime.
