whatever crap is playing in the gym, its not too loud I dont like having ear buds in when i lift, so i only listen to the ipod when i do cardio

1. I've always had problems with my ears ringing and if I'm in a crowded area, its hard for me to filter sounds out. I dont have hearing loss, I just cant make anything out of it. Squats always seem to make it worse tho.

only when doing cardio, after lifting i just did a 15 min cool down, no ipod today.

No, already thought of that. I've got it down to two things......
1) The breathing thing
2) There's a family history of Meniere's Dz..... Which would suck, but luckily the vertigo part doesnt seem to be a huge problem for my mom or my grandfather....so it would be more of an annoyance than anything.
