I stopped working with weights and now I ride my bike 10 miles a day and do plyometrics. I feel really energised and the joints feel a whole lot better. Oh yea...also sittin pretty at 210 5'8 and getting leaner.

I did my last cycle in the spring of 2002.

Have not been in real weight shape since spring of 2003.

LOTS of beer will help. throw in a lot of pizza as well. been there, done that. thankfully i only put on about 12lbs in a few months, but my metabolism was a bit faster a few years ago. if i did that now, i'd put on more weight faster.

I went to 24 Hour for a while then Bally's.

By natural.........I meant no weight training. I need to live in Europe if I don't lift.

Pot belly is de rigeur in the USA.
