Count the total amount of weight pressed at the gym?
For example
flat bench press 135 x 6 for 6 sets=4860
incline dp press 50's x 5 for 6 sets= 3600
total=8460lbs
BTW my chest and arms are so shakey from this work out i'm having a hard time typing..tell me what you think!

i think you should go with more weight and intencity and fewer sets and add a couple db flys or dips or something.

Sort of sounds like the 6000 lb challenge I have stickied at the top of this forum.

Not sure too many people have even attempted it.....

I guess I dont see the point. Not something I really look at for progression personally.

The point is that it is just another way to test yourself - one that some people may find challenging. Nothing more, nothing less. Sort of like Dave Tate's prowler challenges.

i do this type of training just for my chest. A big part of my pt test for the army is push ups. From my research i've found that a push up is 60% of your body weight, so if i do 71%(inlcine/flat) 72 times it will help improve my push up score. Also I did each set on a minute, so no matter how long it took me to complete the set I only had a limited time to recover.
i also did some flys on a cable machine, but i don't know how to accurately calculate the weight so i didn't but it on the inital post.

With the long johns over my face? Yeah. I couldnt find panty hose and fishnets seemed a little gay. :)
