Any way to know for sure if your growth plates are closed?

Is there any way to know for sure if your growth plates are closed, I.E. not be able to use GH to gain any inches in height. Is it safe to say with any A.S. use they are closed no matter what? (even if AI's were used)

They'll close at different ages for different people. For some, they can stay open until their twenties. You have to visit a doctor to find out.

your plates are guarnteed close till 24-25 most peopl are done @ 20-21 aas should not be used till @ least 22 IMHO
