Any way to decrease SHBG production?

I've seen that, mostly on BB sites and a few comments by PA. No idea if it is true.

I've used aromasin with test, 12.5mg Aromasin MWF with 400mg T EW gets my E levels well below the normal range.
 
Wow, awesome info bro. After using exem I decided to never use anything else. It seems everyday I find more reasons not to ever switch ti anything else. Proviron and avena sativa are options as well.
 
Would proviron along with aromasin be overkill if thrown in just to help decrease SHBG?

I was unaware of the decrease in SHBG when using aromasin, and was going to use proviron just for this purpose. But now that i've read this, would the proviron not be needed?
 
Lowering estrogen decreases SHBG. So a-dex will have this effect as aromasin.


Pure DHT lowers SHBG. Proviron is reported to bind to SHGB allowing more free test . And proviron can indirectly lower estrogen resulting in a lowering of SHBG.


Winstrol also reduces SHBG.

Avena Sativa (sp?) is reported to bind to SHBG much like proviron allowing more free test.
 
Insulin also increases LH, testosterone and lowers SHGB.

T3 on the other hand increases SHBG.

IGF-1 and SHBG have a inverse relationship. So increase IGF-1 levels should lower SHBG


GH is reported to lower SHBG , but this might be due to the conversion to IGF-1.


Nettle root and pygeum are reported to lower SHBG.
 
I was taking avena sativa at 1.5 grams a day and proviron at 25mg per day (though I didn't take proviron the day blood was drawn) and blood tests revealed 24 free test with only 80 something total test. That is fucking crazy if you ask me, because total test was suppressed but free test was high-normal (range for free test is like 7 to 27 approx).
