btw, red muscle fibers are slow-twitch/endurance. White is fast-twitch/power. You can't train one to be the other. You have to train the red muscle fibers that you do have if you want to build endurance.
Plyo's are good for explosiveness....im looking for tips for those that are good at explosive movements but have trouble with endurance.
I know with time you can train those fibers....but Im looking for a possible edge/advantage? something to speed up the process?
