Any tips for "fast muscle fiber" types?

Just curious as to everyones thoughts/tips on getting more endurance for those explosive types(white/fast muscle fiber guys)...

yes time and consistancy will definately do it, but any other tips for possibly speeding up the process?

btw, red muscle fibers are slow-twitch/endurance. White is fast-twitch/power. You can't train one to be the other. You have to train the red muscle fibers that you do have if you want to build endurance.
 
my bad it was late when I decided to post that up :worried:


Plyo's are good for explosiveness....im looking for tips for those that are good at explosive movements but have trouble with endurance.
I know with time you can train those fibers....but Im looking for a possible edge/advantage? something to speed up the process?
 
Im running alot of intervals right now and some other speedwork training to increase my speed and I have been breaking my runs into twice a day to build the base that I need
 
Intervals within 4 beats below/above your lactate threshold.

2x10 minutes with a 5 minute rest. build up to 20 minute INTs.
