I don't know. I used to hang a lot to open up my spine and then one day I guess I opened up something that probably ought to remain closed. I was in a lot of pain for a short while and if I'd gone to see a chiro at the time maybe he'd have fixed me up but I'll never know. I reckon I did some damage to my sacro-illiac joint. So long as I keep a tight arch when lifting, it doesn't really bother me. It's a pain in real-life, though.
