Any thoughts on Creatine in women and bloating

Right now I just use Glutamine to help with recovery but I am thinking of adding in creatine now.

I am a little worried about the bloat and stomach issues it can cause. Any thoughts on that?

I have also read conflicting reports where some say you need to load for a few days and some say that isn't really required.

Bloating usually occurs with a large acute dose

if you spread it through the day its wont cuase this.
2 grams in the AM 2 Grams n the PM

alos get CreaPure as it is devoid of toxins and is pure

you shoudl notice a nice bump in muscle tightness and also perfromance in about 6 days
 
I gained about 6 pounds QUICK...Sassy warned me lol....I stoped using it. I know they make some that does not have those side effects
 
Monhydrate you need to load but I woud touch it there are far better estered creatine's out there which should cause any bloat.

My personal fav is no explode from bsn which also has creatine and n02 in it.
 
I gain 7 pounds FAST when i use Monocreatine. All my pants get snug and I feel like I am about to deliver a watermelon. I hate creatine because of this.

I have never tried the "ester" though.

That was my anecdotal tale :qt:
 
I've never bloated. I only use 5g a day though but never ever really had a problem with gaining weight or I would have stopped for sure.

I'd never use something that made me gain 6-7 lbs of water. Yuck!

I gained 6 lbs in a week when I started taking monohydrate german creatine. CEE is not suppose to cause bloating.
 
I bloat like crazy which is why I stay away from it. Doesn't matter what brand I use, always has the same results.
