Small world. I've either produced or remixed breaks records or CD's for half of these guys. I've put out records for X and Hudia on their respective label.

Yes, EDM (Electronic Dance Music) is great for cardio. Breaks (breakbeat) great for dancing.

the album "History Of Female Vocal Trance" is good. I think it is a 3 disk set. Payed 8 bucks for it at sam goody's, I would have gladly payed much more for it. Very good cd.
