Any suggestions for first Cycle?

I have been lifting for 5 years now and I am 5'10 215lbs with about 10-11%BF. I have freaky genetics and have never used AS. I am looking for a beginner cutting cycle that will get me super ripped. I don't mind losing weight. I have taken Clenbuterol before and some have told me to incorporate Winstrol with it. I would also like to minimize side effects. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
 
What should I expect to spend and what results will these products yeild assuming I stck to my strict excersice and diet regiment?
 
I take take in about 400g protein daily. I try to keep my carbs low GI. I dont moniter my calories but I'd say about 3,000-3,500 maybe a little more.
 
You should break down what your eating daily when your on...fats, carbs, protein, etc. It makes a difference. IMO, 400g of protein is plenty. How are taking it, shakes?
 
I would run prop/tren or prop/eq for lean gains. Mind you, diet is 99.9 % of your gains. I am running enth/eq for a bulk cycle. I eat everything I see!
 
Very simple and effective when combined with a solid diet.
500mg/week of Testosterone
.50mg/EOD Anastrozole
Clomid for your PCT

Test Prop 100mg EOD Week 1-10
Tren 100mg EOD
Winny 50mg ed Week 5-10
.50mg Anastrozole (Liquidex) ED

Clomid PCT

EOD injections might be a little rough for a first cycle though. If you can handle it that is what I recommend for your goals

Clean diet - Plenty of protein and 30-45 minutes of morning (empty stomach) cardio 4 days a week

I would also cycle T-rex and Clen every 2 weeks

Although I do belive that is a good cycle, that may be a little over kill for a first cycle.

Yes this is an excellent first cycle. With a good diet and training this will blow you away on a first cycle. I like the fact it's simple and utilises only one compound. testosterone is nice, clean and easy to recover from, especially with Arimidex in the mix.
 
How old is the guy?

I had 5 years lifting when I was 19. Im sure he is older then that. But, we should be careful. Ive read anything less the 22 y should stay far away from GEAR.
 
I am 20 years old but believe my would not respond negatively to gear. I have taken almost every supplement and most are bogus. I'm ready for the real thing I just want to research and make sure I am doing it the right way. That is why I am seeking the advice of everyone I can. Most people here seem knowledgable so please give me your input. What is the best cycle for me if I am looking to trim down and bring my BF to 7-8%.

bud, I would wait if I was you. I know it's hard. Atleast wait another year. I really hope some others see this part of your post and can back me on this one. Your young bro. Clean your diet for the next year, then grab gear. I think 20 is still to young. IMO.

No offense, why the hell would you do a cutter for your first cycle? Your first cycle will be the best gains of your life. Why would you put the drugs into your body and not give them a chance to be anabolic? Why not get up to 240 and then come back down. Don't undermine your potential gains by dieting. Maybe Im alone on this, but bro take advantage of your first cycle! Good luck whatever you decide.
 
My guess would be that he isn't looking to get huge. Myself, I have no desire to be over about 185...but at barely 5'9" and 6% BF 185 is a good amount of lean mass. All depends on what the ultimate goals are...getting too heavy would negatively impact my sports (triathlons and road races). BUT, if he is interested in getting big, best to take advantage of the first cycle like you've suggested...best gains of your life if you plan it properly.

This should suit your goal pretty well (if all else is in check first...as per your stats I would say is :))

I agree it is about goals. But why would you juice if you don't want to be big? It's like getting a race car to drive around a go kart track. Shit, maybe I am just getting old and set in my ways. Is that normal for a 24 year old? I agree that getting too big can be of detriment in some sports, but how many triathlon runners are on this board you think? Hell, you're right, it's all about goals. I just had an argument with myself. Who won?
 
I agree with xtreme, why start the addiction of juice cycles so young? how many people do you know who only did just one cycle. Hold out as long as possible before starting the slippery juice slope......
 
I am not looking to get any bigger. I am 215-220lbs right now and have more than enough muscle to work with. My goal is to just be ripped. I know it may be shocking to some of you that bulk heavily, but I just want to Get lean muscle gains and lose BF. Is there a reason I'm too young. When I was in High School many people around me sucessfully used gear. I made me furious to see how they would achieve the results they did with half the effort I was putting in. I dont plan on reducing my workout or diet but I think that AS would put me far beyond my goals.

If you have freaky genetics then there is no need to really ram so much drugs into your body first time 'round.

Just do Dbol 25mg/day and 250ml Sustanon per week for 6 weeks.

(thats 425mg of steroid per week, plenty for a newbie)

O.k "meat head" I have a post about doing roids at 20. Check it out. I know you don't want to hear it bud, but, read everything you can befor making any choices. Become fully aware of all aspects of these drugs! This isn't a joke you can hurt yourself. I started to young and didn't run the cycles the right way, one less person doing that is a good thing. Whis I found these boards when I was 20!
